Bordeaux Food & Wine Tour
Each year, Marcus & Caroline host a small group tour to Bordeaux. Usually in September, when the late summer / autumn weather is just perfect to visit South West France.
The tour runs for 6 nights / 7days, and is all inclusive of accommodation, food, beverages, sightseeing and travel whilst in Bordeaux. The accomodation will be in a fully restored Chateau, and all of the wine and food delights of Bordeaux will be discovered.

Example Itinerary:
Day 1:
Arrival: (We collect you from the airport or train station), Lunch at the Chateau, Settle into accomodation
Bordeaux Wine education / Aperitif and discussion about the week, 4 course Dinner at the Chateau / Bordeaux Wines
Day 2:
Right Bank, chateaux visits, shopping. Visit the famous village of St Emilion. Lunch at a nearby winery.
Dinner at Chateau enjoyed with wines discovered during the day
Day 3:
Bordeaux City! Shopping / Wine stores / Wine bars. Grand cru tastings, Lunch at the Bordeaux Wine Museum
Dinner catered for at the Chateau
Day 4:
Sunday food Market… breakfast, Espresso and pastries
Purchase food from market for a grand Sunday lunch at Chateau
Relaxing afternoon with local friends
Day 5:
Visit the Left bank, visit Grand chateaux by exclusive appointment only
Lunch, tastings…..Medoc / St Estephe / Margaux / Pauliac / St Julien etc
Day 6:
Bordeaux City, Unique food and wine tastings, Restaurant lunch
Shopping / Wine stores / Wine bars
Cheese masterclass with local expert…. Themed Dinner at Chateau.
Day 7:
Farewell Breakfast
